Who resists Pizza? No one I guess! We offer here the recipe from scratch, this means the recipe for dough too! Our pizza recipe is very useful for vegetarians or people fasting. Ingredients needed for the dough: 2 overfilled cups flour. 1/4 cup corn oil. 2/3 cup warm milk. 1 tsp dry yeast. ( ????? ) Salt. Ingredients needed for the topping: Tomato paste. 1 green pepper (thin sliced). 1 tomato (thin sliced). 1 small can of sliced mushrooms. 1 small can of sliced black olives. 1 small can of sliced green olives. 1 can tuna (225 gm). 1 1/2 tsp crushed garlic. Vinegar. Thyme. Salt & Pepper. Directions for the dough: Start by preparing the dough, because it needs about 45 minutes to stay covered, before spreading it in a Pizza pan. In a big bowl, pour 1/4 cup corn oil, 2/3 cup warm milk, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp yeast, 2 small sprinkles of salt and mix all well.
