Bake: 10-12 Mins. per batch INGREDIENTS Special equipment: Mini Muffin Tin (24/batch) Batter: 1 large egg, beaten 1-1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1-1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg 2 teaspoons double-acting baking powder (or regular) Finishing: Brush warm donut holes with: --1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted (in microwave-proof bowl for 30 secs) --Place in large Ziploc bag (for shaking warm donut holes to coat) 1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of freshly ground nutmeg METHOD Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
