SANDRA'S SPECTACULAR SLOPPY JOES

A quick and easy lunch or dinner. Also, it's a perfect take-along dish if you wish to double or triple the recipe for functions ~ keep warm in a slow cooker though and serve as sliders! Servings: (4) Prep: 10 Mins. Cook: 15 to 20 Mins. INGREDIENTS 1 lb extra-lean ground moose (or venison, or beef) 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion 1/2 cup diced celery 1/4 cup diced yellow onion 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper 1 (8oz-can) tomato sauce 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons spicy barbecue sauce (I use Stubb's Spicy) 1 tablespoon light brown sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard Freshly ground pepper, to taste 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon cider vinegar METHOD In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground meat, celery, bell pepper and onion. SANDRA'S LAYERED FRUITY OATMEAL BARS

Luscious fruity goodness in every bite! If you're at all like me, you won't be able to stop with only one bar... Servings: (24 bars) Prep Time: 15 Mins. Cooking Time: 28 to 30 Mins. INGREDIENTS: Dough: � cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature � cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom � teaspoon ground ginger � teaspoon fine-grain salt 3 cups old-fashioned oats (for more crunchier bars), --Or, quick cooking oats (for chewier bars) 1 cup raisins Filling: 1-1/4 cup jarred meatless mincemeat with apples and raisins (I use Nonesuch, not the 'dry' pkg'd type) PREPARATION: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. SANDRA'S VERSATILE SWEET ZUCCHINI BREAD RECIPE

A very versatile recipe where you can change out certain ingredients, for example:  --*6 oz. container (Appx. 1/2 cup) Peach Yogurt  with your favorite flavor, and/or --*2 cups of zucchini with your favorite combo of fruit/berries  (i.e., apple, carrot, raspberries, bananas, etc.); and/or, --*Toasted slivered almonds to various nuts and/or the addition of  chocolate chips, raisins, dried fruit, and so on...  ~ Have fun with it, I do! ~ Prep: 15 Mins. Chocolate Cake(Afternoon Tea Party)

This is the last recipe in my quest to bring you your own lavish   afternoon tea party, and this is the epicentre of the tea party a delicious chocolate cake. I have undoubtedly made more extravagant  cakes and probably more eye catching but I have tried to keep this simple because it is going to be made only a couple of hours before your party and we don't want to get up too early do we. You will probably have noticed all the recipes so far can be baked in advanced and stored for several days, this little baby needs to be cooked and eaten on the day which also provides the aroma of freshly baked chocolate throughout your home or venue,and gives you the opportunity  to say you have been up since 4 in the morning baking all your delights and everyone will be most impressed with your efforts and you will no doubt be invited to many other parties and events,Everyone trying to out do your party the one thing is they don't know the secret.I know it's sne...
