Capsicum/Pepper with Cottage Chess

This is very easy , quick and tasty,full of vitamin,and protein receipes .you can ready it in 15 minutes.   INGREDIENTS: 1 Capsicum or GreenBellPapper (washed and cut in to slices) 1/2 Cup Cottage Chess(Paneer- roughly crushed ) 1 Large Onion (sliced) 2 Green chillies (finely chopped) 2 Tomato(finely chopped) 1/2 tsp GingerPaste 1tsp cumin seeds  2tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp Asafoetida(Hing) 1 tsp Gram Masla 1 tsp Salt 1Tbsp oil(any vegetable oil)  Method: Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed and saute it till cumin seed trun brown. Add sliced onion and capsicum fry it for 2 minutes. Now add tomato ,coriander powder,gramamasla , turmeric powder,asafoetida ,salt,red chili powder and fry it again for 5 min . Now add cottage chess and cover the pan for 6-8 minutes or untill capsicum get cook.. Serve it with chapati ,yougrat .
