A little bit of heaven in every bite, and these snacks are so easy to prepare  with ingredients I generally have on hand... Yield: 8 slices as a side, or 16 as an appetizer Prep: 10 Mins. Bake: 10 Mins.  I have my new found love for avocados, I discovered these sandwich recipes of replacing mayonnaise  with Avocados and it was an instant hit with the boys. I have become addicted to Pinterest. Its such a fun app and I love browsing around for ideas and its where I came across this recipe.  I have made this a couple of times and am now getting ready to have this a few more often for dinner during the upcoming hot days. Yup, its my new best friend , Avocado !. I am still getting to know stage, you know, still a little shy, don't want to do something that I might end up hating it.  My brother in law loves avocado juice, and according to my sister it tastes pretty delicious. I looked around the web and discovered lots of recipes that has avocados in smoothies.  One that caught my attention was the combination of pineapple and avocado. But me being me was in no mood to clean a pineapple , so I cut corners and used canned pineapple. Gave my hubby a glass and he goes, " its green "! and looks at me as if I have lost my mind. And the look got even more horrified when I said it was avocado, knowing it was either give it a miss  or take a sip. He took a rather hesitant sip and  was like oh! its not so bad.  Yes! Incredibly Simple Mango Avocado Salsa

Here is what you need to get started: Ingredients: � 2 mangoes, de-seeded and diced into squares � 1 avocado, chopped into cubes � 2 tomatoes, finely diced � 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped into cubes � 2 tbsp. finely diced red onion � 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro � 1 clove of garlic, crushed � Juice of 1 lime � Optional: sprinkle of himalayan sea salt and some cracked black pepper to taste Method: 1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl. 2. Let ingredients incorporate and flavours blend for 30 minutes to an hour. 3. Crazy Crab and Avocado Salad

Ingredients 1/3 C. red onion, chopped 3 Tbs. mayonnaise 2 Tbs. cilantro, chopped 3 tsp. lime juice � tsp. cumin, ground � tsp. lime zest 8 oz. imitation crabmeat 1 dash salt 1 dash pepper 1 lg. avocado, halved, pitted, peeled Directions   Combine the onion, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, cumin and lime zest in a mixing bowl. Fold in the crab and add salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze remaining lime juice over the avocado halves. Spoon the crab mixture in to the avocado halves and enjoy!
