Fish Batter Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika

Preparation:

Beat milk, eggs and spices. Dip fish (both sides) in dry bisquick, then dip in batter. Place gently into hot, deep fryer at 360-375 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
