Almond Bread Pudding


� cup almond paste

� cup sugar

1 cup half and half cream

1 tsp. cinnamon

� tsp. allspice

� tsp. nutmeg

1 loaf French bread, cubed

1 tsp. almond extract

2 cups peeled and chopped apples

11/2 cups almonds

Mix together almond paste, sugar, half and half, almond extract, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg

In a greased 9-inch springform pan put the cubed French bread, pour over the almond paste mixture.

Spoon on the apples and almonds. Bake at 350� for 45 minutes.
