Bran Mufffins

Bran Muffins


1-15 oz. Raisin Bran(Post)

5 cups flour

5 cups sugar

5 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. salt

4 beaten eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

1 qt. buttermilk


Stir together well. Bake at 400? for 15-20 minutes or until they pop bake when gently touched on top. Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
