Free Recipe @ Macs Meals: Chocolate Decadence
Chocolate decadence what can I say! it is what it says it is in the title pure decadence. Ideal for those dinner parties and can be prepared well in advance so no last minute running around leaving you to enjoy your guests, then again if your not enjoying your guests company you could all ways pretend you're busy finishing the desert.I must warn you make your main course light as this needs plenty of room.I Once made this for an Officers mess dinner for over 110 people after serving Beef Wellington with a rich red wine sauce and after desert they were all like stuffed cats rather than fat cats,so I would suggest a light main course probably a chicken dish would be best.
