"Potato Kofta" (???? ????????)
In the Middle East, people like "Kofta" a lot.
There are plenty of ways for making Kofta, and this is one of the most popular ones.

Ingredients:
1 lb or 1/2 kg minced meat (beef or veal).
1 minced onion.
1 bunch of minced parsley.
1 medium sized boiled and peeled potato.
1 beaten egg.
Salt and pepper.
Breadcrumb.
2 other beaten eggs.
Oil for frying.
Direction:
- Peel 1 medium sized potato and boil.
- Mash the potato with a fork until it becomes very smooth.
- Beat 1 egg and season with little salt and pepper.
- In a big bowl, season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Mix the meat with minced onion, boiled potato, minced parsley and the egg very well.
- Start heating oil, because we'll deep fry the Kofta!
- Beat 2 eggs and season them with salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl.
- Prepare a big plate and put breadcrumbs in.
- Start taking small amounts of the mix in your hand and form your Kofta in a curved rectangle shape.
- Dip the Kofta one by one in the eggs from all sides, then in breadcrumbs. Make sure that the Kofta is covered well with breadcrumbs.
- Start deep frying.
- Kofta should be medium brown in color.
Tip: To mash potato in an easy way, add first about 2 tbsp hot water to it!
