Love Nests

Preparation Time: 15 minutes plus 40 minutes to set
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 6-8

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

2 tbsp butter, melted
10 pieces NESTL� Milk Chocolate, chopped
� - � cup NESTL� Thick Cream
2 cups NESTL� KoKo Krunch
Different shapes of gummy candies, marshmallows or jelly beans

Procedure:
  1. Line a baking pan with foil. Slightly brush with butter or spray with a non stick vegetable spray. Set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Thin with the cream adding more to achieve coating consistency.
  3. Gently fold in the KoKo Krunch into the melted chocolate. Spoon mixture into the prepared pan and using your fingers, shape each mound into a small nest. Make a small indentation in the center of each nest.
  4. Keep prepared nests in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes or until set.
  5. When ready to serve, put gummies, mallows or jelly beans in the center of each nest and serve immediately.

DIY Water Balloon Flip Flops!

Easy and Fun DIY Water Balloon Flip Flops! S imply tie water balloons in a knot around the flip flop straps!  We liked the rainbow color pattern... Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet. Be creative and have fun!  F or my daughters birthday this year we made these bright and fun flip flops at the party. Banbukeyo Hithi ( Breadfruit Curry)

For ages I kept meaning to try one of the Hithi recipes. Hithi means bitter but this is not a bitter curry. Its called hith i because its uses a spice known locally as hithi damui . My mum kept saying its difficult getting hithi damui you can only get it from the local ayuvedhi stalls until my sister discovered after seeing the spice that it was in fact ajwain/ carom seeds . I have seen ajwain seeds in a local shop and also in some of the Indian specialty shops. Ajwain seeds although it looks a lot like tiny cumin seeds  has a slightly different taste. There  are two kinds of hithi , one is this banbukeyo ( breadfruit )  hithi and the other is maalhoskeyo hithi ( plaintain).
