Quick-Fix Beef Burrito Skillet
1 pkg. (35 g) 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
1 can (19 oz/540 mL) kidney beans, rinsed
1 cup salsa
1 cup water
4 small flour tortillas, cut into 1-1/2-inch squares
1 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chopped green onions (about 1 large)
BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
ADD next 4 ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
STIR in tortilla squares; top with cheese. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions.

Top with your favourite Mexican-style toppings just before serving, such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and/or chopped avocados.
