Plain sponge cake
Ingredients:
- 4oz/100g self-raising flour
- 4oz/100g sugar (normal should be fine)
- 4oz/100g butter
- 2 eggs
- 4oz/100g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4oz/100g sugar (normal should be fine)
- 4oz/100g butter
- 2 eggs
Whisk the butter and sugar.After that ,add the eggs then flour.Mix it to get a creamy batter.Put it in a cake tin with baking paper,and it is ready for baking.Put it in the oven for 18-20 minutes on 200'C or more.
