Plain sponge cake


Ingredients:
  • 4oz/100g self-raising flour
  • 4oz/100g sugar (normal should be fine)
  • 4oz/100g butter
  • 2 eggs

  • 4oz/100g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4oz/100g sugar (normal should be fine)
  • 4oz/100g butter
  • 2 eggs
Preparation method:
Whisk the butter and sugar.After that ,add the eggs then flour.Mix it to get a creamy batter.Put it in a cake tin with baking paper,and it is ready for baking.Put it in the oven for 18-20 minutes on 200'C or more.
