Sweet Potato Wedges




Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed (peeled, optional)
  • 1 stick plus 2 tbsp butter
  • 1� tsp cinnamon
  • tsp salt
  • tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar




Preparation method:
Preheat oven to 200� C(400� F). Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Then ,put wedges in a large mixing bowl.In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.When the butter melt-down , remove from heat and stir in cinnamon, pepper,salt and brown sugar.Add to the potato wedges and toss to coat.Spread the potatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet.
Roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.Remove from the oven to a serving dish and serve.
