Incredibly Simple Mango Avocado Salsa


Here is what you need to get started:
Ingredients:
� 2 mangoes, de-seeded and diced into squares
� 1 avocado, chopped into cubes
� 2 tomatoes, finely diced
� 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped into cubes
� 2 tbsp. finely diced red onion
� 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
� 1 clove of garlic, crushed
� Juice of 1 lime
� Optional: sprinkle of himalayan sea salt and some cracked black pepper to taste
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl.
2. Let ingredients incorporate and flavours blend for 30 minutes to an hour.
3. Eat this salsa as is, or fill �lettuce boats,� dip with zucchini slices or other veggie �chip� rounds like carrots, cucumber, jicama or jerusalem artichokes!
