Green Chili and Chicken Pizza
Okay, here it is. This is super good topped with fresh salsa. While you are making the pizza just chop some extra onion and pepper and your salsa is half made! Enjoy!
1 pizza crust
2-3 chicken breasts
oil
black pepper
seasoning salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 small can chopped green chilies
1/4 cup chopped purple onion
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 green pepper, sliced
Additional grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 pizza crust

- Pre-bake pizza crust until just done.
- Cut chicken into strips. Stir-fry chicken in small amount of oil and season with pepper and seasoning salt. Set aside.
- Mix mayonnaise, cheese, green chilies, onion, lemon juice and parsley.
- Spread cheese mixture on baked crust. Top with chicken strips, green peppers and additional cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 15-20 min. or until mayonnaise and cheese mixture is melted and bubbling.
