Cinnamon rolls

5 tsp. yeast in
2 cups lukewarm milk
Add
1/2 cup sugar
1 cups bread flour
Add
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup melted butter
4 beaten eggs
4-5 cups flour

Put in greased large bowl covered with a clean towel til doubled in size. Divide in half, roll out into a rectangle with dough about 1/2 inch thick. Brush on melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up tightly and cut in about 1 - 1/2 inch slices, place in greased baking pan about 1/2 inch apart, let rise about 10 - 15 minutes. Bake 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
