Lentil stew

1 cup lentils
2 1/2 cups water
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
Beef, turkey, chicken sausage cut in chunks about 1/2 pound
3-4 cups stewed tomatoes or 1/4 cup tomato paste with 2 cups water
1/4 tsp oregano
1 T minced garlic
1 minced onion
1 cup celery
Mushrooms sliced

Put in pressure cooker for 14 minutes.
