Eggplant stew

2 lbs ground lamb cooked
1 large onion diced
1 large or to small eggplant-skin removed and diced
1 zucchini diced
Celery diced
1 quart diced tomatoes
1 quart tomato sauce
2 cups riced cauliflour
1 T minced garlic
Oregano to taste
Basil
Salt
Pepper

Add all ingredients in large pan, cook til desired doneness.
