What You Need
Ingredients
1 batch sugar cookies, gingerbread cookies, or other cut-out cookies for icing

For the border icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or other flavoring extract
2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons milk or water
Food coloring, optional

For the flood icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or other flavoring extract
2 1/2 � 3 tablespoons milk or water
Food coloring, optional

Equipment
Small mixing bowls
Mixing utensils
Squeeze bottles � 1 for the border icing and 1 for each color of flood icing
Small funnel
Parchment paper

Eidhul Adha is here!! So its pretty chaotic on the streets of Male' everyone is running or rather zooming around trying to head to the islands or resorts or abroad for Eid holidays. So for this Eid I have a very elegant dish , quite a show stopper I would say  one that took me ages to perfect. Great desert to serve  for a special occasion .
