These Blonde Low Carb Brownies are a brand new keto dessert that I can already tell will become my �go-to� dessert that I will make for holiday gatherings. They are delicious, simple to make, and best of all � keto friendly and low carb! (for the best taste and flavor, these need to be eaten when warm!)
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons butter (melted & cooled)
- 1 tablespoon heavy wh�pp�ng cream
- 3/4 cup MonkFru�t Golden
- 1 teaspoon van�lla
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon bak�ng powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Xanthan gum
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup L�ly�s Chocolate Ch�ps
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Instructions :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add eggs, Monkfruit Golden, and cooled butter to a bowl and beat well until combined.
- Next, add the heavy whipping cream, vanilla, coconut flour, salt, baking powder, and Xanthan Gum and beat on high until the batter is mixed together.
